Mallory Pearce focuses her practice on business law, employment and real estate transactions, and is admitted to practice law in Georgia and Florida.  Mallory graduated cum laude from Barry University School of Law in May of 2012.  While at Barry, she was a member of the ABA Law Student Division and served as the 5th Circuit Lt. Governor of VITA from 2011 to 2012.  She also served as Vice President of VITA at Barry and as the Notes and Comments Editor for the Earth Jurisprudence and Environmental Justice Journal.


Mallory graduated magna cum laude from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.  While at Southeastern, she received various honors, including Most Outstanding Criminal Justice Graduate, Collegiate All American, Who’s Who,  Alpha Chi, and Dean’s List. 

Prior to joining Hunt & Taylor, Mallory worked as a misdemeanor prosecutor in Brevard County, Florida, and in her transition to Georgia, Mallory opened her own law office in Forsyth County, Georgia, specializing in providing advice and counsel to multimillion dollar companies, small businesses, churches and families. Mallory and her husband have two children, and she enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, and pursuing adventures with her family.  She also serves her local church and community by volunteering in the children’s ministry and playing piano for the worship team.
